EXECUTIVE COMPLIANCE ADVISORY: TERMINATION OF STUDENT AMBASSADOR PROGRAM AND CORPORATE PRIVACY MANDATE
Notice is hereby formally and publicly issued by the Office of Legal Counsel and Compliance Secretariat of VOOICE Assembly USA that the Global Student Ambassador Program across all regional divisions has been officially dissolved and cancelled for the 2026–2028 cycle, effective immediately through January 1, 2028. Under the official scope of this cancellation, all operations, regional chapters, and administrative frameworks associated with the Student Ambassador Program are fully deactivated and suspended globally. Furthermore, all previously issued appointments, titles, ambassadorial ranks, certificates, and representational mandates granted to student ambassadors are formally revoked, cancelled, and rendered null and void. During this period, no individual, former representative, or affiliate is authorized to represent, recruit for, conduct business on behalf of, or use the brand credentials of VOOICE Assembly under an ambassadorial or regional liaison title. The public is hereby warned that any agreement, contract, or representation executed by former student ambassadors asserting current affiliation with VOOICE Assembly is entirely unauthorized, fraudulent, and legally non-binding.

This administrative directive follows extensive internal compliance audits and risk evaluations that revealed severe breaches of institutional integrity, professional ethics, and organizational safety protocols across participant channels. Specifically, the investigation documented repeated instances of coercive misconduct and cyber extortion, including unauthorized demands, coercion, cyber harassment, and extortion attempts directed at organizational leadership, staff members, and official administrative channels. Additionally, compliance officers noted persistent attempts by unauthorized individuals to demand access to confidential internal administrative records, participant databases, financial structures, and operational frameworks. These actions demonstrated a repeated disregard for established codes of conduct, organizational nomenclatures, and administrative governance policies established by the Executive Board.

VOOICE Assembly hereby asserts its absolute legal rights and statutory protections regarding organizational privacy, proprietary data, and administrative autonomy. Maintaining the strict confidentiality of internal records, operational frameworks, and participant databases is both a fundamental duty and a protected right under applicable legal standards. VOOICE Assembly safeguards its proprietary information and enforces administrative confidentiality pursuant to the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA) (18 U.S.C. § 1836), which provides federal statutory protection safeguarding proprietary organizational data, internal processes, and operational records against unauthorized acquisition, disclosure, exfiltration, or misappropriation. Furthermore, the organization operates under the Uniform Trade Secrets Act (UTSA), granting private entities the absolute right to keep operational, administrative, and strategic information confidential from uncompelled external demands. As a private corporate enterprise, VOOICE Assembly is exempt from public record disclosure mandates (such as the Freedom of Information Act - FOIA), ensuring full legal protection against uncompelled demands for internal documentation. The organization is further protected under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and Federal Extortion Statutes (18 U.S.C. § 875), which prohibit unauthorized digital access, data exfiltration, extortion, or coercive threats targeting private corporate networks and administrative infrastructure.

All former student ambassadors are hereby instructed under an immediate cease and desist mandate to remove, update, and disassociate any references to VOOICE Assembly titles, ambassadorial ranks, or representational claims across all digital channels, social media profiles (including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook), personal resumes, and professional biographies. In line with this directive, all official communication groups, ambassador portals, and administrative access privileges previously granted to participants in the program have been permanently closed and deactivated. Former appointees are formally advised that continued unauthorized use of institutional trademarks, branding, or false representation of authority following this notice will result in immediate legal action, institutional debarment, and referral to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
